Immersive 1:2:1 coaching
My deep dive Programme is my most immersive 1:1 coaching series where we partner together in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space held by me.
Together, we unpick what is stopping you or slowing you down from growing your business. However, we don’t just cover the business side, because we’re human beings and life happens.
As an ICF accredited coach, having trained with Optimus Coaching Academy (THE BEST!) in 2020, I will coach you slowly and soulfully. I will listen to you and help you untangle those thoughts and worries.
During six one-hour sessions we will identify your goals, develop a plan, find motivation, overcome imposter syndrome, shift the negative thinking and work on your self belief so you can feel empowered to do!
